how do i use a wrist blood pressure monitor?


These type of Bp machines are of little benefit better are the ones you use on your arm for a better more accurate reading.
The Wrist ones are not the choice of professionals.

    Sit down straight, put the monitor on your wrist with the sensor on the bottom, push the button and wait for it to stop. Do not move or talk or it will give you and error message.
